oh hey yeah okay daddy all right let’s do some spray and then we’ll just all right mama over here sorry Dave what are you doing today I am eating teriyaki beef jerky and then then I’m going to shoot videos for the Special Olympics 2020 routines [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] by quiet and rolling level wine floor with the squat and turn [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] okay did that was that fine with the timing on the run with the hurdle [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] for nothing fire all right goodbye where they the troopers cannons ear toothpick for rolling level 2 I need to buy a cake for we call it right this metal to bars bonus option 1 the kick over take two alright now she’s gonna do the exact same thing but just do both feet at the same time rolling right level two uneven bars bonus option to pull up and cut all right Matthews just gonna start on top of that and she’s just going to do a forward roll off so you don’t do it yeah we don’t want to film our getting up there the position she just ended in it’s going to start like that and then you straight forward well cut forward oh that’s thoughtful of a lightness okay okay so no yeah right now ready rolling really hold on it up in three level two uneven bars all right Hey wrong and stamp aggression we’d like to talk to you a little bit about handstand progressions you will see in the compulsory routines beginning with the lower levels on up that we have here the routines toward working on pants pants Roy backwards perfect now you’ll notice that my hands and hips are saying in level one floor as it is and level one fall and now we’ve got Whitney to demonstrate this is again in four count lunge marks up to kick to a 3/4 handstand or teeter-totter and finish number four in the lunch now let’s say pleasure and we will demonstrate the level 2 version lunch number one two arms up take to a handstand put the feet together step down in the lunge and finish your hands okay roll what your athletes have mastered the kick to the front then we need to add a kick to the back Whitney let’s demonstrate a kick to the front which is the beginning of a split lead and then step and plie into a kick to the back this is your ending force littly now step back we have more fits into the choreography of the level one floor exercise so you’ll see that we will do this right back and left leg now once your athlete has learned this on the floor in level one then we take it to the level two and put it on the beat and we will demonstrate what she does on the beam you will again notice right leg and left leg now let’s quietly is a late or a Johnson we are so happy that Wendy’s been here today being a demonstrator for Special Olympics what we’re working on is the Special Olympics routines that will be done throughout the whole world for Special Olympics international they will be introduced at the World Games in 2019 in Abu Dhabi after that they will be on the Special Olympics international website and the whole world will look at the routines that these gymnasts have done today and they will learn the routines and these will be the routines that are competed throughout the whole world will send DVDs out to countries all over the place and it’s to me it’s very gratifying that we have girls like Whitney at her age who spend their whole day here volunteering and doing the routines because number one we know her hearts in it in volunteering and working with people with special needs and you know they start like this and I can tell you for a fact they end up being the most wonderful human beings on the face of the earth as they get older they continue to volunteer and they are caring and wonderful people so Whitney thank you so much for coming today and doing all these routine [Music]
