  4. Kill this Croc? No. Lolong (the croc here named after the man who died during the hunt for him) was captured after having been considered responsible for multiple deaths within a village situated on/near the water. He'd been placed under protection & became a tourist attraction. Lolong just died recently last week in his enclosure – they say he was about 50 years old. But there is rumor of there being an even larger saltwater croc in the same river who they estimate to be around 24-26 ft long.
